Delete your Essa Ledger account
Essa Ledger app by Razex Solutions LLC for ESSA Energy Resources (Pvt) Ltd
Essa Ledger logins are created by ESSA Energy Resources for its staff. You can ask for your login and your personal details to be deleted at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to trading@essaenergygroup.com (or to the app publisher at info@razexsolutions.com).
- Use the subject "Essa Ledger account deletion".
- Include your Essa Ledger username and your full name, so we can find the right account.
- We confirm the request with you (by reply or phone) and delete the account within 30 days. We email you when it is done.
What is deleted and what is kept
| Data | What happens |

| Your login: username and password | Deleted. You can no longer sign in. Your access ends at once when the request is confirmed. |
| Your personal details: name and phone number | Deleted, and replaced with "Former user" on records you created. |
| Your sessions on your phone | Ended straight away. Uninstall the app to remove it from your phone. |
| Business records you entered: trucks, weights, kanta slip photos, bilty, invoices | Kept. These belong to ESSA Energy Resources and are needed for its accounts and tax records. They are kept for as long as Pakistani tax law requires (normally at least 6 years), then deleted. |
| Security logs: which account changed which record, and the IP address | Kept together with the business records they belong to, so the company can show who changed what. After deletion they point to "Former user", not your name. |
